Welcome to BookMyGlowUp. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, raising an enquiry or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Bookings

BookMyGlowUp is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty professionals. We facilitate discovery and booking; the service itself is provided by the professional you book.

4. Payments & fees

Prices are shown transparently before you confirm. Customers pay no booking fee. Partners agree to a commission on completed bookings as set out in their partner agreement.

5. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before an appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book.

6. Conduct & reviews

Treat professionals and customers with respect. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences from completed bookings; we remove fraudulent or abusive content.

7. Partners

Partners must be verified, hold any required qualifications, arrive on time with sanitised equipment, and deliver services as described. We may suspend partners who breach these standards.

8. Liability

We work hard to maintain a trusted marketplace, but to the extent permitted by law, BookMyGlowUp is not liable for the acts of independent professionals. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
